Copy it from the ticket
Start from a ServiceNow ticket: PowerScripts suggests the script, marks the names, addresses and user names in the ticket, and copies one on hover.

Beth asked for VPN access for Nigel Wick. Alan picks her ticket in the Library and opens the script PowerScripts suggests. Under the ticket are the people on it and the ticket's own text. Names, email addresses and user names are marked. Alan hovers over Nigel's user name and copies it. He pastes it into the user box, picks the VPN group and runs it. The ticket in ServiceNow gets the note with the result. Nobody retyped a name or an address.
