Help desk basics
Reset a password from search, move someone to a new team, add a starter. The password is never shown.

Three of the most common help desk tickets, start to finish, with nothing but a right-click. Mimi Bobeck forgot her password. Harry right-clicks her account and runs Reset password. PowerScripts generates a strong one, and she has to change it when she signs in. The new password never appears on screen, and the log only says redacted. Harry gets a single Copy button. Once he has copied it, it is gone.
Willie Mays Hayes is moving from the warehouse to sales. Harry copies Kate O'Brien's groups onto him, in mirror mode.
He joins the sales group, leaves the warehouse ones, and keeps his VPN access. Privileged groups are never copied.
Last, a new starter. Eddie Harris joins the Flats crew. Harry creates his account from Rick Vaughn as the template.
One run gives Eddie the same OU, department, manager and groups as Rick, and his first password is handed over the same way: copy once, then it is gone.
