Three accounts nobody ever signed in to, switched off on a ticket, then undone from the run log in one click when the crew turns out to start next week.

Once a month Holly checks the Flats crew for accounts nobody has ever used. Fifteen people have signed in. Three never have: seasonal starters, set up last week, who didn't show. An unused account is an open door. So she switches all three off in one run, records why, and moves them to Disabled Users, on the ticket. Next morning the Flats manager calls. The crew starts on the first. Holly opens yesterday's run in the run log. One click undoes it. All three are back on, back in Flats Operations, and the undo is on the record too.
