Some scripts take a while. Harry needs a full health check of the tenant connection: Graph, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint. It takes about a minute. He clicks Run, and doesn't sit and watch it. He moves straight on to his next ticket.
Pedro Cerrano needs VPN access. Harry finds him, picks Add to group, chooses the VPN group, and runs it. Meanwhile the health check finishes, and PowerScripts tells him, wherever he is in the app. A failure would stay on screen until he'd seen it. One click on View run takes him to the full result, kept on the audit trail with everything else he ran today.
